Set at the head of an existing storage yard in an area designated for set down of loose material, the new studios/office building fill in and improve the site both visually and by providing a new amenity. This building will be built in brick in harmony with the brick tradition within the immediate context. Kept to a maximum of two stories, the mass is therefore not over scaled for the context and sits in harmony with the lower scaled warehouse buildings and nursery adjacent. These units intend to add to growing development within Bridgeton.
